SIMPLE AD TRADITIONAL CUISINE
You can taste our specialities, such as our first course dishes, the delicious grilled meats of high quality, and lake fish dishes.
The Dorella family suggests that guests try their “sampling menu” of Lake Garda’s fish, obtained daily from the local “Fisherman’s cooperative store. It is cooked according to ancient local recipes.
Try the dishes with an excellent white wine, a Bardolino Classic Chiaretto (rosè) or red, and why not a young Valpolicella wine. At the end of the meal you will be served a glass of Passito wine together with our typical “Sanvigilini” biscuits of Lake Garda. We will also give you a free, small book with useful information about our town and its traditions. You will also find typical fish recipes of Lake Garda in it.
It will remind you of your stay in Garda when back home and it will be useful for you to try cooking delicious lake fish recipes, which will remind you of the perfumes and flavours of our characteristic town and the magnificent lake on which it overlooks.
